Hired Fox Hollow Framing & General Contracting to replace a failing outdoor deck at our cabin in Garden City, Utah last fall (2022). He started the project Nov 2022, stopped working Jan 2023, and finished the project June 2023.
He was required by Utah law to obtain a building permit but never did and so no building inspections were done. There were multiple code violations per a structural engineer consult and per the Rich County Building Inspector which makes the new deck structurally unsafe. He continues to deny any responsibility and will not return to fix HIS problems.
