The owner of Fox Mechanical seemingly did a fine installation job in 2010, however I just discovered that the installed pvc pipe that moved the precipitation drip out of the house was too short and quickly pulled away from the pvc elbow and was dripping a gallon of water inside the wall every day during the cool months. It was only by luck that I happened to look down to see drips of water coming out of the wall near the elbow. With great difficulty I finally got the owner of Fox to call me, who said the project was out of warranty and if I had paid for a service call the first year, he would have corrected the problem. Obviously, he nor I would have found the problem the first year because it was in the wall and not visible unless the drips were detected. In the end he said he wouldn't do the repairs and that no matter because he was going out of business. Although this situation could have been handled during the warranty period if it would not likely been detected. I find that his lack of interest in making amends is overshadowed by is business situation, however in case he is isn't really going out of business or will return to his business, I wanted to make this review to demonstrate his poor attitude toward customer service. Obviously I would never recommend him.
