I had the privilege of working with Francis Heating & Cooling LLC over the course of the last 2 summers. The Owner is the most down to earth, knowledgeable and friendly person you could hope to work for and hire for your Heating & Cooling needs. While other big name companies are out to make the most profit, Dale is out to make a relationship. If Dale Francis puts his name on it you can pretty much take it to the bank. This guys word and name are his bond. He'll shoot you straight on what the issue is and also provide several ways to fix it. (if there is more than 1 way) While other companies can replace a simple 30 dollar part they'd do better telling you you'll need a whole new system. I'd recommend Francis Heating & Cooling LLC to anyone looking to replace or repair a system. He'll explain it to you so that you understand the problem and aren't bombarded with a hoard of big confusing words. Francis Heating & Cooling. Honest, Dependable, work you can trust.
