    Terrible. They replaced my roof in 2013 from the hail storms. I paid extra on top of insurance for "premium" shingles. I have to replace again in 2019, not due to hail or storm damage but shoddy work when replaced.

    I can't get him to respond to emails and calls. We contracted with him in August 2017 to replace our roof. The work has not been done yet and it's December first. I'm frustrated and don't really know what to do next.

    I am a bit concerned with Franco Construction. I see they have the highest Build Zoom score, but I have not had a very good experience with them through the bid process. This is the second time they have come up as a bidder on my projects, and both times they have severely lacked in customer service. It seems that being a person who wants to make a well thought out decision on a contractor is at a disadvantage with them. I was waiting on bids from others when they they "lost interest" in this latest job and they had the most interesting bid for me. I am just disappointed, as they were also one of the bidders on a painting job that I ended up just not doing, but they didn't even get a bid in.
