Horrible. Wildly unprofessional, sloppy work, absurd attempts to overcharge us, but, most of all, the conduct and behavior of the owner, Franco. An arrogant childish bully, this man is dishonest to his core, and impossible to have a mature, reasonable conversation with. He resorts to threatening and cursing like a high school boy. Don't hire this guy for anything, ever.

I don't know who AJ dealt with but it was not the Jachson Franco that I know and have used twice. Once to replace a structural beam in the garage of a house I was selling. And once to finish the basement in the house we built after selling the house. He and his team did good work for a fair price.
