EPDM had to go on perfectly as the solar panels weren't going to allow for any fixes Rui's crew total pros & Rui himself very responsive even after job was done & we needed a small adjustment. Even 16 months later when I thought house had settled and changed the pitch of flat porch cover, Rui came immediately, took a look, determined it was debris blockage & cleaned it out himself, no charge!
