Frank went out of his way to make sure my job got completed on time. He communicated effectively with me and went above and beyond by helping me out when another contractor left me hanging. I would highly recommend him.

Frank does good work. However, he has very poor customer service. He makes executive decisions without consulting the owner. He left the job without finishing the work. He has a terrible attitude.
