Frachs Plumbing is the most honest vendor I have dealt with in the past 14 years that I have been in the Pocono area. Frachs Plumbing came to our house on a Sunday to replace our well pump - no problems - considerate and very responable. With a broken pipe in the middle of the winter, a few years later, we called and within an hour they were here and had us operational in most of the house. Needed to unfreeze the pipes, repair in one of the zones and came back the next day to check that we did not have any additional problems.... true professional, honest, very reliable and reasonable.

The service was timely and professional and the service contractor went above and beyond to fix the thermostat and replace batteries so that it can be in working condition for an inspection. I highly recommend this service.
