    We also had a bad experience with Frank Ferreiro, not only was he never on the job site but his workers never showed up on time. And when they were on the job, they took many breaks and left cigarette butts all over my yard! One of his workers had his cell phone glued to his hand. He promised to have the work done by a certain date and blamed us, the township and everyone else under the sun. He underestimated the cost and gave me a bill for thousands extra but could not provide receipts. His excuse was the cost of labor. Labor? Frank your guys were on break most of the day and how would you know if you weren't here? He refused to speak to me because I told him he was unprofessional and his workers were sucking time and money out of me! If you want a half ass job that is way overpriced then Frank is the man to go to.

    I had a wonderful experience with Frank Ferreiro of F & F CustomBuilders! He spent time going over my plans and gave me suggestions on what kind of renovation ideas that would look best and saved me a ton of money. His workers were very organized and never left a mess. Frank Ferreiro is by far the best contractor I've ever hired. The job was done a week before my family get together and everyone raved about how beautiful my house and my patio looked. I would hire him again and I've already recommended him to a few off my friends! Thank you Frank it was a pleasure doing business with you!

    We had a very bad experience with Frank Ferreiro and F&F Builders. The quality of the work was poor. Frank was never around and his ethics was questionable. After months of delays, his crew never finished the job and we had to part ways. Hiring Frank was an expensive mistake.

    We were asked to fix another contractors work . We came in to fix another contractors work and we chose to finish two phases of the work and chose not to do last phase due to wife making my workers uncomfortable . Home owner agreed and was very understanding .
