I have known Frank since 1989 and have been using his services in different real estate projects, he is an honest, hard working and knowledgeable general contractor, I had the pleasure of working with him during last 18 years doing different size remodeling projects. what I like about him is: no job is too small or too big for Frank. I highly recommend him for your real estate construction adventures.

I would never hire Frank Gallagher again. His work was described as very subpar by numerous other contractors who looked at the damage he caused to our condo. His workmen drilled numerous holes in our cabinets in the wrong location and never fixed the damage. He also placed the cabinet handles uneven and never fixed them. His response was that he fired that particular workman that drilled all the holes into the cabinets — but that left me with cabinets filled with holes. I can send pics if you want to see the damage.
