Frank and his 2 member crew were able to start a lot of jobs but finish nothing. Left my house a mess Smoked inside. Refused to finish obvious touch ups on paint. humps in my floors. cracked my window. paid in full. left unfinished siding and not to mention failed his occupancy permit and left the job after. what a joke.
