Extremely unprofessional. Terrible communication. Took much longer on the project than estimated. Treated our project as if it were the least important thing he had to do. Parts of our home looked worse after he left than before he came. Did not even bother to ask him to return to fix things because I didn't want to have to deal with his group. Awful experience all around. Would never use again nor recommend.
