Owner
Frank and his assistant did a poor job of laying tile for our home bathroom and shower. For the shower, several sections of tile are are not set uniformly and result in a noticeably uneven appearance. Additionally, many tiles jut out from the baseline rather than laying flat against one another. The shower floor was also not completed and many gaps are present between the wall and the floor. To add insult to injury, Frank walked off the job without fixing the errors or completing the agreed upon work. I have hired an attorney to work through the process of filing a complaint to the Contractors State License Board and to recoup from our losses.
