Mr lewis was paid 10000 to put a vinyl fence up around my whole yard..mr.lewis for one told me that he had fence on order then came back and said that with all the houses being put up in philly he could not find the vinyl fence...so he was going to put up a pretreted wooden fence...long story short mr lewis not only did not put up vinyl fence put he didnt put a pretreated fence and on top of alll of that he has not even finshed the fence...and the partial fence he did put up is now coming apart....mr lewis only does good work for the business people and he cheats the smalll homeowers
