We have been using Moio for the past 9 years. For the most part, they have done beautiful work (especially over the summer with mulching and pruning). During this time frame, I lost my job, and have been struggling to make ends meet. When I let a balance go over $5,000 (even though I was paying the bill down small portions at a time), he charged interest, and refused to do snow removal until the balance was paid in full. When I called to see if we could have them cut our lawn every other week in the summer, when the grass didn't grow as much, they said that it would cost me more per cut to do it that way. Although I've been pisses at them, I just didn't want to look for anybody else. The clincher was when I got my last bill, and saw they charged me $150 to remove the snow in January that was 2-3 inches. I found someone else, paid my last bill, and then fired Moio. Best decision I could make.
