Frank Muradas

I met Frank Murades about 2 years ago I was introduce to you from a friend of mine. I move into my house and live in it for 2 yrs and the 30 year old furnace was not working and winter was coming fast. I was worried cause my 73 yr old mother is living with us and we could not live without heat. Frank came over look at my furnace and he decided I needed a new one cause the old one was not lighting properly. That was a Tuesday night and he said he could put a new furnace in one day. Saturday came and Frank got the furnace and right away he began working that day taking out the old one and carefully taking it out of my basement. Cleaning up as he went along. Once Frank clean up the floor he bought down the new furnace and all day he work very hard on it making sure he did everything right. Double checking his work and making sure every hook up was tight and on right. So after several hours working on it he let it run and we had heat that night. My mother was so happy and she gave him a hug and a kiss. Frank was here for another hour making sure it turn on and turn off and was working. He was a true gentleman and he was always answering my question and explaining the process on how the furnace work. After all that Frank look at my ac unit and he said that had to be change when April came he change my ac unit. Frank put all new parts in including the lines that go into the house and again checking everything twice and to make sure everything was clean and working in excellent condition. The whole winter my mother and I kept saying thank god for Frank for the heat. Best part of Frank and this will tell you how much this man cares he call me up 2 days later asking me how is the furnace doing and I would say it’s working great. When we hung up the phone I said to myself that is a true gentleman. He cares enough to call and make sure everything was working right for my family for the winter so we would not be cold. If anybody I know have trouble with there hvac I would recommend Frank Muradas cause he is a hard working family man and a true gentleman. This man got 5 stars but I wish there were more cause he deserve it. He deserves 10 stars. Anybody who hires Frank will be lucky cause I know I was lucky and blessed to meet such a great man.
