I would strongly encourage anyone looking to hire Frank Samaro Jr., to find another contractor. I manage a mobile home Park in San Clemente Ca. We have 90 units boarding the pacific ocean and Frank was the worst kind of contractor I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. It would be hard to imagine how anyone could do a worse job than Frank. Especially considering he never actually started. Frank was hired to install a new mobile home on an empty lot. He provide the wrong measurements to the foundation contractor for the new mobile home (he was off by more than 5"). The foundation contractor built the foundation according to Franks measurements. Frank also had the foundation contractor set the first course of block and assured us this was the best way to roll in a new unit and that everything would be fine. Well after the home was delivered and the first course of block was destroyed and after Frank realized he had provided the incorrect measurements, Frank sent an email at 5am the following morning saying he was no longer willing to take on the job and would not even return a phone a call. He did send the deposit back but unfortunately the cost of repairs would be well over $10k, not counting the month or more having to start with the process of hiring a new installer. He is truly a horrible option.
