    Boiler and Plumbing Maintenance

    Mr. Savin initially serviced my boiler and plumbing in April 2022, and advised at such time that there would be no issues with returning with the necessary spare parts to complete the repair by June 2022. This was necessary as I am leaving on a deployment for a year, and my wife works during the day and will be primarily staying at her parents house while I am gone for help with the childcare. After the initial servicing in April, I placed numerous calls to Ms. Savin to schedule the necessary follow-up appointment, and I was eventually able to schedule a date for May 31, 2022. At the time of the scheduling, I reiterated to Ms. Savin that the work must be done at such time as I would be away for a year and did not want to burden my wife with this issue.

    On May 31st, after calling Ms. Savin to confirm what time Mr. Savin would arrive, she advised that they would have to cancel the appointment, and Mr. Savin would not be available to complete the repairs for at least a week (Ms. Savin advised that A/C units are a priority over the summer, no exceptions). After (again) noting that this was not possible for me, she advised that I should look for a different plumber.

    Failing to honor your appointments when someone detrimentally relies on your word is extremely unprofessional behavior. I now have to hire a new technician to order the same parts that should have been installed before I deployed, and my wife will now have to deal with another wholly-preventable issue on top of caring for our daughter and working full time due to this contractor failing to honor his appointment.

    STAY AWAY FROM FRANK SAVIN PLUMBING & HEATING!!!
    His wife is an absolute witch! She is mean and rude and nasty and there is no getting to Frank without going through her. We were a customer of his for over 20 years and this weekend he left us with no heat or hot water since early Sunday AM. We had to call in somebody else for an emergency service today. Savin's wife is extremely unprofessional and he puts up with it so neither of them are worth your time or trouble.

    Frank has done all my service work on my boiler, air conditioning f and plumbing work. Very good pricing. Always on time clean and neat. Would not even know he was in the house. I would recommend him to family and friends

    horrible business!, its amazing how small businesses like this survive, his wife handles the phones and is the most obnoxious person I've ever dealt with. He's an old school plumber replaced a hot water heater and joined copper and galvanized steel, all the steel is rotted out and needs to now be replaced. I considered calling consumer affairs, but I'd just rather never deal with them again.

    DO NOT GET anything done by these unprofessional business people, being a business woman myself the way they treated my sister is unexceptable. They did work for her that was done incorrectly and when she called them to come back and fix it his rude obnoxious wife was no help what so ever. Giving my sister the run around that he will come then he doesnt show up with no warning, so then when my sister calls to see what happened she tells her they are too busy to help her to find someone else meanwhile they were paid in FULL and they were not cheap. This kind of behavior and them being so unprofessional boggles my mind, people like that should not be in business with the public and his wife needs to get a life, just because she is a hateful person she has no right to treat people the way she treated my sister. I would never ever recomend anyone to get any work done from them. As a business women i have ALOT of connections every where and no alot of people, so I will be able to get the word to ALOT of people so this does not happen to anyone else. SHAM SHAM ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!
