Frank Summerill is a real pain to deal with. He took my deposit back in April of 2011 (it is now November 2011.. 7 months later).. and gave me one story after the other about finishing the job. I got totally fed up with him and went with another contractor H. Parker Paving. They were such a delight to deal with. Believe it or not.. they came the very next day and paved my long driveway. I got a run around from Frank for 7 months and lost over $4K in the process. H Parker Paving did such a fabulous job in one day flat. Don't know what Frank's issues are..I think he goes around giving great estimates, collect huge deposits, promising to finish the job in a week or two.. and that is it... Long story shot.. please, please don't fall for the tempting estimate.. I hope the Attorney General of PA investigates Frank Summerill and saves the citizens of the commonwealth from all the trickery and pain.

Have had nothing but problems since giving Frank Summerill a desposit. As each deadline to begin the job passed, I received a fresh load of excuses as to why he needs to delay paving. Please heed my advice...steer clear of this company. You will be thankful in the long run.
