Mr.Frankie Campbell held high professionalism for the extent of a same day quote from his location to Natural Bridge, VA to give a quote on a drywall repair from a busted pipe that damaged a ceiling and had yet to fixed and repaired within 3 days the entire ceiling (entrance foyer very decent size), he was not only professional, reasonably priced, he also held moral value ethics as if it were his own home, extremely fast contractor (please note:he does more than listed by self), no need to hover, hassle free on hourly rates where many drag their arse paid per hour which I didn’t want for my Grandmother while here on Military leave, friendly to “come on in the house” while working ZERO BACKGROUND CHECKS I WOULD USUALLY REQUIRE ALONG WITH PRICE OF MATERIAL, REVIEWS, YEARS OF EXPERIENCE (sometimes doesn’t mean anything for others even) AND ONES OVERALL PERSONALITY WHICH HE WAS RECOMMENDED BY OLDER FRIENDS IN MY AGE UP AND IN COMPARISON I DO TRUST FRIENDS OF 10+ YEARS, I REALIZED HE WAS PROFESSIONAL FROM THE TIME I HAD REACHED OUT TO HIM VIA PHONE AND TEXT DUE TO OUT OF STATE AREA CODE AND FROM 1259 HOURS MY END TO 1322 HOURS He reached back to which was in 23 minutes finished a job, headed this way from Augusta Co. all the way to Natural Bridge several miles to I-81 exits to go to Roanoke or back towards Augusta Co. simply for a quote, if that DOES NOT SPEAK PROFESSIONALISM I DO NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE WOULD ESPECIALLY WHEN HE STATED ON THE PHONE HE WOULD GLADLY COME GIVE AN OFFER AND IF WE DID NOT WANT TO TAKE IT HE COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD ON TOP OF THAT WITHOUT SARCASM OR PRESSURED AS IN TO TAKE IT, I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN SAME DAY QUOTE OR A POLITE CONTRACTOR TO DRIVE 45 MIN. ON TOP OF SAYING IN SUCH A KIND MANNER YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE THE QUOTE MA’M. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND, I SENT A VIDEO OF BEFOREHAND AND THIS WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY IT HAD OCCURRED WHILE MY ELDERLY GRANDMOTHER HAD BEEN TAKEN CARE OF HER ILL SISTER 4 HOURS AWAY YET NEEDED DONE AFTER SEVERAL YEARS SHE TRUSTS MYSELF IN DEALING WITH INDIVIDUALS AND THE FINANCIAL ASPECTS WE COMMUNICATE ON, I AM ALMOST CERTAIN IF ANYONE HAD AN EMERGENCY HE WOULD COME ANYTIME, THAT IS WHAT I SEEK IN SOMEONE WITH MORAL VALUES, HARDWORKING, FLAT RATE QUOTE, PERFECTION THE FIRST TIME AND IF YOU/ANYONE ELSE NEEDS GREAT WORK, ONE THAT DOES NOT RIP OFF OR DRAG THEIR ARSE PLEASE GO WITH MR. CAMPBELL AS WE HAD HIM DO ANOTHER JOB OUTSIDE AS WELL AS PLANNING ON FIXING TO PUT ON THE MARKET. Food for thought, never think you need more than one person for a large job, you’ll pay double for in this area horrible work as it’s occurred to us over the years to where you’ll have to hire more, when you can hire one like this and never have to worry about not having to fix yourself or others. I was born and lived here until 18, I know it’s a small town, competition but I don’t see competition if one charges by the hour, crew, in reality crews on some projects screws up because it’s more than one and they cannot coordinate as a team so that being said if you want to spend your money for something done properly the first time please contact him because I refused to go with 3 in Rockbridge Co. PERIOD DUE TO OTHERS WORK AND THEN HIRED ONE OF THE OTHER OF THE 3 TO LOSE MONEY TO RIDICULOUS EYE SORES SO LOGICALLY HE MAY BE FURTHER OUT FROM ROCKBRIDGE CO.
