    Horrible, unreliable! Made a mess of my property. They have no manpower to pick up materials or remove old ones. Left job half-finished for 2 months! You get what you pay for. I wish I had read these reviews above they are the truth!

    Stay away. In 2016 we also had issues with him not following the details on the plans and making decisions about changes without consulting us. Agreed that finishes are sloppy and his “employees” have no respect for your property. 4 week project took almost 5 months. Took forever (and threats of a lawsuit) to get him to come back and fix a failing roof a year later. Other issues that we will have to pay out of pocket to remedy. So bad. Wish we’d gone with the higher quote- would have saved headache, time and probably money in the long run.

    Horrible!!! Unreliable. Franklin hires low quality, unskilled helpers that have no respect for your property and the quality of the work that they do. Many many mistakes made that had to be fixed. I would never recommend this guy. Franklin does good work when he is focused but he made decisions without consulting the customer and didn't pay attention to blueprint details which led to unnecessary rework. Not to mention it took forever to get things done!
