"Franklin inc" was hired to do a very simple job at my residance. One that should have been completed in a manner of minutes...I have never been treated so rudely in all my days of doing business....they treated me as if it was such an inconviniance to even speak to me on the phone, and were frustrated if I wasnt able to answer, or didn't return a phone call with in "their time frame"...from the first phone call to the "special orders" to the month of waiting. To the multiple visits to retake measurments...I don't knoiw where to start... VERY unprofesional
