    just a PSA we hired Frank Rodriguez from Frank’s Renovations this summer. He took our money, hasn’t finished/worked on our project in months, and created a Fire hazard (painted our windows shut). We have reached out with no response or commitment to finish. Its been a constant struggle with him. There are much better out there. Save yourself a headache

    I don’t usually write reviews but our experience was so bad I feel it necessary to warn others. Frank is unprofessional and does not stand behind his work. His team painted our kitchen cabinets and did a decent job, not great as there are little paint misses here and there. However, the issue is that when they replaced our drawers and cabinets, they broke the locking mechanism to 3/4 our drawers (so they didn’t open well anymore), they replaced our corner folding door hinge with a different and very cheap, flimsy hinge (don’t know why), and also installed one of the large drawers holding recycling bins upside down. Obviously, they did not mention any of these to us when they “completed” and left. We only found these issues the day after they left once paint was dry and we were able to try to operate our drawers. We let all the issues go except for the upside down drawer because it just was not workable. I contacted him and politely requested that he please fix it as it shouldn’t take an experienced handy-person long. However, I never received a response to multiple contacts. He accidentally picked up my call the first day I reached out, said he’d call me back in a few minutes and hung up quickly. I never heard from him again. So clearly he doesn’t stand behind his work quality or lack thereof.
