My wife and I had an irresponsible contractor walk out on us without any reason or explanation one third of the way through the job to pursue other affairs after we paid him and left us with our basement basically ruined . We reached out to Franqui for the first time ever and he came in the same night to give us an estimate and scheduled to start the job in 2 days. In less than a week the job was done and for a reasonable price. We are very thankful to Franqui and the crew. I would highly recommend Franqui Morales LLC.

I saw Franqui's vehicle in the parking lot of a home improvement retailer and waited for him as I needed to travel within days out of the country but had a last minute emergency repair in my house. Franqui told me he would be there within 1 hour and he was there for me. The problem was resolved the same day and the price was more than reasonable although I approached him past 4:00 pm. I am thankful to him as emergencies has not a set time when they come along. I highly recommend his services.
