Mike Burke did the job. He came prepared with a talented crew. We poured a foundation for my garage extension and a new front patio with steel columns for my overhang. Mike was easy to work with. He listened and we solved complications together. His crew was respectful. They put a lot of pride and care into the work they did. I’m very happy with the finished product.

Josh came to my house to provide a bid for a kitchen remodel. I am in planning/bid stage at this point. He was willing to provide me with a bid, even though I may not choose his company.

Josh was helping us to remodel our new home. He was able to squeeze in my project even though he was really busy with other jobs, but he knew how important it was for us to move in on time and have the construction started before we bring our furniture in. Josh is very knowledgeable and is able to communicate very well. He is also able to listen, which I think is very important quality when working in this Buisness! So if you don’t like something then just tell him and he will take care of it. He was always very professional and kind and really cared about making sure that we are happy with the final product. Thank to him and his crew we have a beautiful hardwood floors and fireplaces. His crew was very respectful and helpful with things that they didn’t even need to do, but they were always willing to help. The relief we felt when we finally found someone to install our kitchen backsplash was replaced by excitement when we met Josh. What a great guy! He had the patience to play phone tag with us & was gracious every time we missed each other. The tile setter, Clayton, was skilled and personable and other good guy. Josh came to my house and we penciled out what I had in mind for my home improvements. I wanted a backyard deck with steps and a retaining wall. The deck turned out to be what I envisioned.. the retaining wall was perfect, creating a flowerbed for me! Also I wanted a main bathroom upgrade and to turn the small bathroom into a laundry room/half bath. Mission accomplished. No problems for the most part and I am happy with the outcome. Josh is always available when we need a bid for a Seller getting ready to put their house on the market or when a Buyer requests repairs prior to the close of escrow. He is honest with his time frames, when he says it will get done by a certain time, it gets done. Our Sellers have been very happy with his workmanship and professionalism.

I found Josh to be easy to talk to, respectful, and most importantly knowledgeable. We discussed many small items and my leaking shower to coordinate the sale of our home. My start timeline changed, and Josh was able to accommodate my new schedule, which was very important since everything else was dependent on this work. After breaking open our tile shower while I was present, we decided the whole shower would need to be replaced due to the nature of the leaking. Josh reviewed my options with me, and even with my change order his team worked extra time to stay on my schedule. I would not hesitate to use Frantz Construction again in the future.

We worked with Josh for a whole house refresh. Flooring, paint, electrical, termite work and new fixtures. Josh had great communication and provided multiple different options based on our budget. Josh was flexible as the project grew and evolved. We will be using him again for future projects!

I hired someone else, but Mr. Frantz responded quickly, although due to illness, let some time elapse before sending me references. On the basis of our chats, however, I would have considered hiring him.
