    Recommendation for FRE Homes

    We cannot say enough about Frank. We were looking at the models in Orange Blossom Hills. Out of all the models we looked at we selected a FRE Home. Great floor plans & Frank was so easy to talk with about our dream home.

    We were living in MI. & Frank kept us updated on all progress including sending us pictures. He had his hands full with us. We would change some part of a plan then add something. He always would give his honest opinion on some of our changes if he believed it would not be in our best interest. With us being newbies in the building of a new home I really valued his opinion. He was always on top of the building process with all his vendors. Frank knows in order how the process goes. His vendors where scheduled accordingly & where there to do their jobs. Frank gets along well with his contractors & they all seemed to respect him. We would also like to say he uses high quality materials. He takes pride in his craftsmanship of his homes.

    We moved in January 20, 2017 & could not be happier with our new FRE Home. We would recommend his homes to anyone who is looking for a builder in the area.

    I hired FRE Homes LLC to have some remodeling done in my newly purchased home. The outcome was fantastic, what I also liked that I was having the work done while I was not in the area, only upon completion did we see the final job. There were no problems and I was totally satisfied with the project.
    I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Frank Equi for your next remodeling job.
