Do not use! He will not install plumbing up to code and does not worry about permits. He did work for my 91yr old grandfather and didn't do anything right! We are now selling the house and I asked him to make the situation right - he told me to call a licensed plumber. I said, "that's why I'm calling you!" He then hung up on me! I'm now in the process of contacting a lawyer!
