The father bid for some roof work but sent one of his sons to do the work. The son arrived stone drunk and wreaked of alcohol. I asked him to leave the premises and found another contractor. I never received an apology from them but in retrospect, all that mattered to me was to get the job done right. Do I recommend the Hightowers? As drinking pals, maybe, but for work on my house, definitely not.

Fred & Terry Hightower came out to bid on a redwood fencing project. I dealt mainly with Terry. Both were professional and the bid was fair. They did a very good job, exactly as I asked. I would recommend them to anyone. They came when they said they would and finished the job on time. I couldn't ask for anything more.
