We initially had our home stuccoed and a retaining wall done. Everything was done so well we went ahead and had hardwood floors refinished and kitchen retiled. I have recommended to all my co workers and friends. Wonderful, honest contractor

Charge way more than they are worth, also, we had to go back and fix several mistakes of theirs several electrical issues which were possibly very dangerous and could burn down the building. I think many of his crew are not skilled at all and just there because they are family and wants to help them make money and j justify his high costs. It became clear after several jobs and fixing mistakes after he was done that this was the case. I would not recommend Fred Ortiz construction to do anything for anyone not even my worst enemy. Fred Ortiz is a hack and a terrible contractor that gives a bad name to those who do good work. You can tell from his attitude when presented with bad work that he has done that he is aware and that he tries to defend himself with threats. It is no surprise that this man has a criminal background and the people working with him do as well.
