6-13-2023/He came to do the work without the proper tools to do the work so a saw was used to cut a tacky hole in my new A/C. He then did a tacky job attaching the vent to the A/C allowing air to seep. He left two unused vale openings uncovered and blowing out air. He left the vent that runs to the roof unattached . He left my floater for the water pan unattached. He left part of my A/C without insulation dripping water down on my new A/C.
However, he then attempted to leave without telling me any of these things. I confronted about these things then he wants to tell me he will return, but no specific date or time. I insisted that he return on 6-15-2023 . Also, He left me a tacky receipt without his signature, the fact I paid him in full or how long his labor was warranted and no date.
6-15-2023 I confronted him about this then he wants to be sarcastic. He added more tape to my vent, installed more insulation on my A/C line, put a plastic screw over the two valve opening that must be too small because he covered it with tape. He installed the floater and attached the vent pipe for my heater. He closed my attic door and left without telling me he was gone or done. I had to go confront him again while he was leaving my neighbor’s house about leaving and not telling and about his receipt. He adds the date to his tacky receipt and the length of his labor warranty, but now he wants to be sarcastic.
He lacks professionalism and his work is not professionally done. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone one.
