Top notch! Just had a pipe break in the concrete flooring and caused a major leak in our guest bathroom. This caused us to have a complete repiping done . The told me it would be over two weeks before they could start the job. We were without any water and with a wife with dementia I couldn't' see how this would work. I called them back and explained the circumstances and they were overly kind and willing to work with me. The outcome was that within two weeks the job was completed including having the walls patched and painted by professionals recommended by them. I have nothing to say, but the best about Giles plumbing and would recommend them to everyone.
