I wanted to apologize for not sending this earlier. I am taking a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the quick and exceptional customer service I received from Angel during his visit on October 10,2024 when was troubleshooting the problem with our HVAC unit. What we thought might require a new A/C unit, Angel determined that the blower terminal board was bad. He ordered a new unit that day and scheduled an appointment for October 15, 2024 to come out and replace it. Angel was professional and polite, answering my questions and explaining what he was doing. Your company was recommended by a previous construction company that had done work at our house. I would definitely recommend the services provided by your company.
