Dave Hodges with Freedom Mechanical installed the Payne HVAC systems in our new home that was completed in October 2010. Since March 2011 I have repeatedly called and emailed Dave to have a defrost control replaced in one of the condensing units. Neither my phone calls or emails have been returned. A fax that was sent to Dave's office with confirmation of reciept stating the issue involved did not get a response. This is warranty work
