Freedom Renovation

I recently hired Alex and his crew to renovate the kitchen and hardwood floors throughout my apartment. This was undoubtedly the best experience with a contractor I have had to date. From the beginning and throughout the process he was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns I had.

We did a somewhat high end renovation with custom cabinets and an integrated refrigerator. They handled every aspect of the renovation with meticulous care, and the results prove it.

The crew is uniformed and professional. The head worker Mr.Wang is extraordinarily talented and very pleasant to deal with.

The price Alex quoted in the beginning is what I paid at the end; no up-charges despite a few changes to the plans here and there.

Freedom renovation is not the cheapest, but it's worth the price to have excellence.

Ok so this review is LONG overdue (sorry Alex). This was the first time we have used a contractor and we were a bit nervous (we heard horror stories). We bought a co-op and I had a vision of a spa bathroom. We invited bunch of contractors for estimates, and my husband and I instantly liked Alex. He was down to earth, honest, and a stand-up guy. I was hesitant about the estimate but I have to say you get what you pay for. Alex and Allen were awesome! Alex listened to all my wants and went with the flow. Allen and the crew were polite and worked every day. When there was a glitch, I was not afraid to call Alex and tell him. He would show up and fix the problem immediately. He was ALWAYS available to talk. The finished product was more than I could have asked for. We will be hiring Freedom Renovation when it is time to redo the kitchen!

I recently purchased a fixer upper home in santa fe, I fell in love with the bones of the house, but I knew it was going to need a lot of work to get the home to where I wanted it to be, I had about 8-10 contractors come to home before finally calling freedom renovation, Alex and Allen came the same day, we walked through the entire house, they were able to give me ideas that I didn't even think of, opening walls, exposing a brick wall that I didn't even know I had. Their estimate was fair & clear, and we immediately signed a contract with him. Alex was always available by phone to answer any questions, even going with my husband & I to pick out cabinets, and counter tops. Not once did we feel like we were working with a contractor, considering they sometimes have a bad name. They became more of a partner in making our first home that we fell in love with, to become a house that we now absolutely love. I would also like to say that the workers were a pleasure, always on time, always cleaned up after they were done for the day, and always communicated with my husband & I if we had any questions regarding how long something will take.
For now they have completed a full kitchen renovation, two bathrooms, and we're currently looking into finishing the original hardwood floors.

I had them renovate my entire living room and kitchen area. They did an absolutely fabulous job. I'll admit, at first I was unsure if they could complete it on time but they actually got the whole project completed before the deadline and that was impressive.
Their workers are all polite, respectful and trained. They know their work cause I am amazed at the beautiful job they did.
I'm planning on calling them back for some other stuff I need done soon.
And I gave their information out to some other people. They also loved the outcome.

Absolutely top notch quality of work and staff. Allen knows his trade and can be relentless about customer satisfaction. He delivered as promised. The cost was affordable compared to other high end remodeling company whose price was twice as much.

Very good company and excellent customer service. Alex was great from the 1st meeting, through design and installation. Freedom Renovation was professional and kept us informed along the way. The final outcome of our kitchen was as promised and was finished on schedule and within budget. Would definitely recommend Freedom Renovation and Alex.

I have nothing but good things to say about Freedom Renovation,Alex came the next day after we called and provided us with an estimate to upgrade the tiles on the walls and the shower, I was asking about refinishing the floors but was convinced to replace them and install new tiles, long story short my bathroom looks great and I couldn't believe that I can achieve that with the price that I paid and within such short period of time. I enjoyed working with them and I liked their honesty and professionalism.
