I would absolutely recommend Derek Alan. Our home was large (6100 ft) with considerable high end upgrades. The end project was astonishing! This guy built FedEx but is also knowledgeable in upper bracket homes. There are no imperfect corner trim, crooked tiled rooms, or cheap hvac. Our huge house costs an average of $168 a month on utilities! Granite, porcelain tile, eco appliances and mechanical, we got it all for under 900k and the lot was 175k. I couldnt be happier. ?
