For starters, their post sales customer support is inexistant. In 2 Q of 2020, we purchased two 32" logsets and a new 250 gallon gas tank including installation. We had nothing but grief throughout the whole installation process. Additionally, we experienced a problem with one of the logsets and after months of patiently following up with them for a solution, they never addressed the issue and we had to contact the manufacture directly to get the logs replaced. Adding insult to injury, we discovered a small gas leak this summer that was traced back to a lose bleeder valve. They sent a technician to correct the problem and promptly charged us $150 for a 30 minute fix which, surely was part of the poor installation. This poor experience motivated us to finally switch gas providers and on the first fill it was noted that Freeman forgot to ground the anode bag on the tank column. Just absolutely unacceptable...
