Hired Noe Perez-Freeway Plumbing to do our new construction in Hollywood, FL. From the beginning all was good but then relationships started to go North. The Noe Perez the owner of the company simply walked away from the contract right in the middle of construction progress. Also he either did wrong or didn't finish many critical parts of the project like drilling the number of wrong holes for plumbing throughout bathrooms and none of them were in the right place and they had to be patched despite he was provided all the itemized and detailed plans. Plumbing roughs were done wrong as shower heads roughs were done wrong with only 1 water line instead of 2 required by installation manual so our new plumber have to redo 3 bathrooms by removing all drywall and drill new holes to install lines. Wall mount toilet he never returned installation manuals and few important pipes to connect it vanished with no trace and never been returned. This is the worst possible plumbing company you can imagine to hire as he blocked me once I asked to return all the installation manuals and parts. Unprofessional with lack of knowledge as balcony drain is still leaking after his "professional" installation. I don't recommend to anyone to hire Noe and his shady Freeway or I would say "Highway "Robbery" Plumbing business. Also he pumped us with a few change orders even though we had a specified contract with prices saying its COVID-19 and everything went up in the middle of signed contract. We will follow to report him to a professional board soon to file complaint on his license, DONT HIRE THEM EVER!!! A LESSON LEARNT!!!
