Our AC went out Sunday. Since we have a home warranty we called on Monday, we were told by the guy that he would be there to fix it later Monday afternoon to which he never showed up, we talked to the guy later on Monday and he told us that he would be at our house first thing Tuesday morning, never showed up and couldn't get a hold of him. We finally called the warranty company again and were told that they had talked to him and he would be there to fix it at noon today, Wednesday, he has yet to come and when we talked to him he said he was going to try to get the next customer to cancel then he'll come, he's not coming today. Needless to say, if you have an issue with your AC and have a home warranty, if they use this company, you will be waiting a long time for them to come fix it simply because they don't make as much money off of you. I should also note that it is 95 degrees in my house.
