I hired Frerichs Construction for an addition to my home to accommodate my Mom moving in. Through much discussion with Gene (owner), a better option was borne.
Frerichs Construction was professional, prompt, so very helpful (and patient) with myself, my Mom and my daughter. I was kept in the loop on everything, and when an unanticipated delay presented, I was made aware as soon as Gene was.
His staff is wonderful to work with, all of them were friendly and helpful. I have had 3 major construction jobs completed with Frerichs Construction and would do it again in a minute. All construction is painful, but when ever anything needs to be knocked down, remodeled, face lifted--whatever, Frerichs Construction will be involved at this address.
I have given his name/number to several folks already, as has my daughter. If you decide on a big project and don't want to deal with the hassle, or unforeseen hiccups in a painful manor, hire this company and his crew. Absolutely no regrets from my end.
He will be doing my roof in the next few weeks. Everything the guys touched (attic in the garage, new heating & air, relocating laundry room, bathrooms remodeled, etc) is beautiful. I get compliments all the time. Well worth the money and time. I feel like these guys are family.
