    They installed an HVAC unit that is exclusive to Residences and not the easiest unit to get to given space considerations. It was a well-thought out execution done by a first-class team of techs from Fresh Meadow and dealing with Michael Obermaier is always a pleasure. He keeps me informed throughout the ordering/delivery process of mechanical equipment. He assists the Hotel Engineers with trouble-shooting any situations when the occasion arises. He is a wonderful communicator.I have chosen to use them for any mechanical installation specific to Residences for which they qualify as I believe in building loyalty with a good vendor over time, and they have not let me down in their follow-through. I know they will price the job fairly and if needed, work with me on modifying a proposal so that all parties are happy.Not sure what the size of your project is, but I know I can truly offer a first-class recommendation for hiring them and if it is something they don't feel they would be right for, they would certainly let you know that as well.
