    If I could give them a negative rating I would. My experience was Terrible...they cut corners provide lack luster materials, switched out the bathroom sink that I chose for a cheaper model, did not have the correct tools to cut my bathroom tiles so they put them up vertically instead of horizontally and still had rough corners. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

    Ms. Marshall did have issues after the completion of the project. It was almost 2 years before bringing her issues to anyone. The work was done under the federal 203K loan program, and everything was completed per the contract which was validated by the HUD inspector and her mortgage company. Her mortgage company and Hud inspector informed her that the terms of the contract were completed, however this answer did not satisfy her. We attempted to help her get the issue completed by Baltimore Gas and Electric and she was not available for them to do what was needed to repair the electric line to her home. After she filled a complaint with the Maryland Home Improvement commission, they determined that her lack of follow through with BG&E was not due to us.
