Charles and his crew did an amazing job with my kitchen remodel. I feel as though new life has been brought into my home. I am beyond ecstatic. 100 out of 100 will hire him again for future projects

Fresh Start Construction was outstanding to work with. I worked with them on approx 15-20 projects and they always did what they said they were going to do. I had to use them to fix several jobs I hired other contractors to do, and they not only solved the issues, but they made my clients very happy. They worked under difficult circumstances in several cases and took on the challenge head-on. They were communicative and professional. I highly recommend this team.

Charles the owner of Fresh Start Construction stole $3500 from us in the form of a deposit towards a job which he never began. We gave him ample time to pay back the deposit, but he had spent it and never returned our money to us. He is absolutely NOT TO BE TRUSTED. He will NOT fulfill his promises. Keep clear of him and find a contractor who keeps their word.

They did an awesome job I am thinking about hiring them again and to those who wrote an bad review i do not know what happened but they have gotten better

My husband and I hired Charles and his team in September of 2022 to complete some painting and handyman work in our main house and to build out our detached garage into an apartment. We paid him $12k as a deposit and about $4k worth of work was completed within a 4 month time frame - way longer than we were told. Charles pulled out of our project on January 30, 2023 citing a bigger job came along, leaving us with a demolitioned garage with no power. He has promised to return the balance, but has missed every deadline and has now stopped communicating completely. If you like timely contractors, clear communication, decent work and someone who doesn't steal your money, please do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

Mr. Long bid 30 thousand. He said would be the cost for quality work. I know the product I received was not 30 thousand Dollars worth. Plus I put in my own money for items. .
It is not my fault he hired poor quality labor.
Yet as the owner and the General contractor it is his job to over see the job and fix what is wrong.
I have called him and texted. Yet not a responded. I have given over a year waiting with patience . Excepting him to come then no show. Not even having the respect to call and say he will not be there.
True he got paid. So he dose not have to come and fix the crapy job his company did.
He told me you felt bad with what the other company did. He is no different. He took my money and gave me poor work. When I asked him to fix it.
He lied and said you would. Yet you has not.
So now I must spend my money I do not have for 3rd time to get quality work.
