We had DFW Mechanical, Wylie Texas repair a broken shut off valve outside on the incoming water line. We got billed for 19 regular hours and 6 OT hours. After complaining to DFW they removed the 6 OT hours leaving a bill for $3,415.13. Several days later the valve began leaking again. We called another plumber and he was able to make the repair in 3 hours. This company is either extremely incompetent or a bunch of ripoff artists.
