Checked the floor joists with an engineer, they were half the size they should have been, so the house was raised and correct support beams installed. Plumbing and ducting had to be rerouted for new beams. Friend construction was professional from start yo finish. Nick Friend (owner) identified the problem, consulted with the engineers for the correct fix and addressed the issue promptly. We are very pleased

Not only did he raise the house and add the proper support beams. That was finished promptly. Now we have hired him to fully remodel and finish the basement. Nick Friend (owner) is on site to check on the progress even when his part is done. He keeps the work site clean and when demo is done then throughout the project removes debris. Our remodel isn't finished but we are very pleased with Friend Construction is making daily. Mr Friend is very professional and expects nothing less of the subs he uses. The project is being done using quality materials with quality workmanship. We can hardly wait to see the finish project. - Paula Cox

Our project is finished and we love ❤️ the garage and apartment Friend Construction Co built in our basement space! We have a fully finished oversized two car garage and a 1000 sq foot apartment. Mr. Friend worked with us so I could achieve the high end finishes I wanted while coming in under our contracted budget. The space is wonderful and will serve as my husbands office, a workout area, "Man Cave" for game day etc., as well as a wonderful privet space for our guests when they come. With a full kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom w/walk in closet. The workmanship is great and every subcontractor Nick Friend used was respectful and efficient doing a nice job and cleaning up as they went. If I ever have another project I would not hesitate to hire them again. I would highly recommend Friend Construction to anyone!
