Owner
Installed a new unit wrong then came back out 6 times in 4 weeks and kept trying to rig it. I have no air coming from my vents. The owner has absolutely no self respect as instead of coming out and personally fixing it he kept sending 2 highschool aged looking kids who didn't have the knowledge or work ethic to fix it. His name is attached to the company and be wouldn't fix it, that says all you need to know. Instead of duckt work, they just use tons of tape to reduce vents and the tape blew wide open. Still broke and my apartment complex finally sees how incompetent they are and is calling in an actual reputable company with more than 1 star reviews. Save yourself the headache and just call a different company, there are so many around.
