DO NOT HIRE IF YOU VALUE YOUR YARD! This is a grab and go contractor. They took our payment, did a poor job with the landscaping work and then refused to address serious landscaping problems. The contractor planted multiple plaits of begonias, claiming they were problem free. We spent $2300 on the plants and they were ALL dead within 2 months and looked awful!! We tried repeatedly to call this company owners to come out and address the problem with the plants they installed, yet all we got was delay, excuses, instructions requiring us to spend hours trying to restore the plants and finally, S.I.L.E.N.C.E. We got excuses telling us they just needed fertilizer (this, after we applied several applications of fertilizer), then they just needed more and more water, then they needed water early in the morning, then they needed water late at night. Despite constant attention (kind of defeated the purpose of hiring a contractor if we had to do all the work), the plants ALL died. If this contractor had indicated that these plants would take so much maintenance and had so little chance of surviving, we would never have installed.
As if that wasn’t enough, they charged us for hundreds of dollars to install bags of garbage mulch that was infested with bugs and was covered with dog slime vomit. The slime spread and the bugs infested our yard to the point that we had to have the yard treated for pests. The new contractor we brought in to fix their mess could not believe that this contractor would destroy our yard with such crap! They bought and installed cheap material while charging exorbitant prices for landscaping that now has to be torn out, costing me more money. We are now looking at legal options.

We used Frisco Landscapes and had a terrible experience. The owner's name is Carlos and he means nothing. I would not at all recommend them. We had multiple defects due to poor workmanship and the owner did not honor his word that he would fix (and did not). I am still dealing with problems due to Frisco Landscapes poor work. You have been warned!
