I called Will Fritcher Plumbing on December 9th, to have a shop sink installed. He was recommended by my home builder. Will advised he could not do the job until January 10th. I said okay, I would wait till then. January 10th came and went. Fritcher was a no show and did not call me. I called him on January 12th and left a message for him to call me. I received no call back. I called again on the 13th, he answered and told me he forgot. He told me it would now be two more weeks before he could do the job. Instead of putting me first in line after forgetting me, he now wants to make me wait another two weeks. I told him I would take my business elsewhere. Not the way to do business.
