Horrible service. Took 3-4 months to finish our kitchen, there were no structural issues that would of delayed anything just a simple renovation. we paid for Everything down to the trim because he refused. Kept leaving in the middle of the job and had more excuses than i can count. We should be enjoying our new kitchen instead, we're paying real professionals to come and undue his screw ups. The door to our lazy Susan fell off because he didn't install it right. Our brand new dishwasher was leaking so we had to get a sears tech to come out and fix it, the tech said the dishwasher was not installed properly and one of the hoses was leaking. I learned the hard way, good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good

This man is the most unprofessional carpenter I’ve come across. He is all buddy buddy in the beginning but once he feels he can take advantage of you it’s game over! A complete DISGRACE. Small bathroom projects should not take 3 months to complete. He is FULL of excuses. I was getting ready to recommend by friends to him but FORGET THAT. Learn how to work, especially when you are being treated with respect Fritz.

Horrible experience.... it was our second renovation in general, our first renovation wasn't amazing but it was good and the communication was great.. with this contractor the communication was almost non existant. He wouldn't show up when he said he would, he would come in late do maybe 3 or 4 hours of work and leave. Would leave our job in the middle to do other jobs and getting a straight answer out of him for anything was like pulling teeth. He didn't measure the flooring or backsplash correctly so we had to go get more flooring and for the backsplash tile we had to make 3 trips to get more and drive 4 hours (2 there and 2 back) because we could no longer find that same tile locally.. oh and he got very belligerent when i asked when he would be back after the countertops were installed to finish the job, shame on me for wanting my kitchen finally done after waiting 3 months for it to be done. What he estimated would take 2 weeks turned into 3 months with no kitchen, mind you there weren't any issues with the structure that would of delayed anything. We over paid, we bought everything from paint, flooring, appliances, backsplash even down to the window and door trim. He refused to buy anything for our kitchen with the money we thought was going towards labor and supplies..

The only thing positive I can say is he is an excellent carpenter, but he is a pig of a man. I had him do 5 different projects for me and each time the experience got worse. He upgraded our bathroom and, more recently, our kitchen. He helped himself to beer, wine, and even cooking wine. A half hour after the ambulance left with my husband, he asked me if we could go upstairs and get into bed together. I had to track down a foul smell in our bathroom after he left one day. I found his shitty underwear in our bathroom heat vent. He did build a wheelchair ramp outside for us and it's a good solid, sturdy ramp. He's nosey and likes to involve himself in your life situations. He's expensive. The price would be worth it if all he did was the work he was hired to do, but he tries to stick his nose into your personal life. He installed 6 outside surveillance cameras and he did a great job on that. I would give his carpentry work 4 or 5 stars, but because of the rest of his behavior, I think the 1 star rating for him is too great. He will never get in my house again.
