Bought a certificate from this contractor and now they refuse to do the work. Answered the phone promising to come to my home to see what I want done, but now ignores me. I have contacted the BBB and the Attorney General's office to help with this matter. I actually shouldn't give them any stars at all. Guess they feel they can rip off the elderly any time they want and then just ignore them. Better guess again Fromm's.

Hired this contractor to do a custom ceramic tile shower in our master bedroom. First off there tile work was absolutely beautiful. They were extremely professional and great to work with. They were prompt and always cleaned up at the end of the day. There quality craftsmanship was superb. I would recommend them to anyone for there work. Words can't express enough how much I love my shower. Great job Fromm's...

hired this contractor to fix a problem with shower stall in master bath. Process took 3 months to complete a 4 x 4 stall - replace shower base, floor tiles, last row of wall tiles. Very poor tile work on walls - ripple effect on shower floor. Had to have contractor rip out the entire floor and redo because of unevent and unsquare tile job. Also had to redo some of wall tiles - also uneven. I am left with a floor that is still not "flat" with minor ripples and have to recolor the floor grout because the wall grout was allowed to discolor the floor grout.
I would not recommend this contractor for any type of shower / tile work.

We hired this contractor to replace our doors. It's been over 18 months since we gave him a sizable deposit for materials. We've heard nothing but excuses and now no contact for over a year.
