Frontier Remodeling was great! Our custom shower turned out even better than we imagined and it's so functional. Dave and Jenny were very thoughtful about the layout and offered lots of good ideas to maximize our bathroom space. They were also great about working around our schedule and were very flexible. We plan to have them back for future projects!

Permits

Frontier Remodeling provided the absolute worst service of any company I have ever dealt with on any level for any product. If it were possible to give negative ratings, I would award Frontier a minus-5 stars.
The entire project for a simple two bathrooms stretched out for the better part of a year --and was never fully completed. (One bathroom was finished, and, in fairness, was a good job). I needed to make arrangements with individual hardware stores to finally get the remaining work done.
*It was a relatively small job, but it soon became obvious that I was constantly being moved behind larger, more lucrative projects
*Workers often failed to show up, delaying progress by weeks
*Many of the workers who failed to show totally disappeared, with the project manager unable to find them.
Long story short, the project manager was fired. But rather than try to set things right after such long delays for unfinished work, the Frontier office representative engaged me in a heated argument over contract provisions--and tried to make the problems out as my fault. We both left angry, job undone.
